CANCELLATION POLICY

How can I cancel the order?

You can cancel you order within 6 hours of placing the order via Whatsapp. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message. Just call us +91 9871544769

Changed your mind? Just give us a call and we’ll get it done for you!

Under what reasons will my cancellation be rejected?


Generally, we will try to accommodate all your cancellation requests. But if your outfit is already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please follow the cancellation deadlines.

Can I cancel the order after the product has been shipped.


Oops, we are sorry once the outfit has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return policy.

For COD orders, can I check the order before making the payments.

Sorry, we do not entertain this. Please pay our delivery guy first and then if for any reason you are unhappy with the outfit, follow the returns’ policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

 

• You can cancel you order within 6 hours of placing the order via Whatsapp. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.

 

• We do not accept cancellation/ return requests for intimate items such as bodysuits. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is damaged accompanied with an unpacking video.

 

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery and make sure an unpacking video is recorded for the same. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at her own end. Once the request is approved, the product will be picked up from your shipping address the next day and you will either receive a replacement product.​

 

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of product delivery the product accompanied with an unpacking video. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision on processing return and refund as a store credit.​An unpacking video is necessary to report a missing product in a shipment containing multiple products.

 

Once that is submitted ,The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision and if approved, will ship the missing product.​If you have size/ fit issues and would like to return/ exchange the product for the appropriate size, you must raise a request for the same within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

 

If the return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us and you will receive a the appropriate size if available or store credit if not available for the same one we receive the product at our end.​Items bought in a sale at a discounted price would not be eligible for exchange/return on the basis of size/ fit issues, we can provide a refund for the same if damage is proven with an unpacking video and intimated within 24 hours of delivery.​In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any refund approved by the company, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.​
